Privacy Policy

Harsh Kohli decides how this website and these bots handle information. The rules for using them are in the Terms of Service. To ask about a record, email send@harshkohli.com and include your Discord user ID.
1. This website
bots.harshkohli.com is a static site. It does not ask you to create an account, it does not set its own cookies, and it does not use analytics or advertising. Pages do not load third-party fonts or trackers.
The status page in your browser requests the public status feed at status.harshkohli.com, or the same feed through this site when it is deployed with that proxy. That request contains the usual browser information needed to load the feed. It is used to show whether a monitored bot is up.
The web server may keep ordinary request logs, such as an IP address, the browser, the page, and the time. Those logs are for running and protecting the site. They are not used to build an advertising profile. This policy does not cover Discord, Uptime Kuma's own host, or any other company's service.
2. Akinator
When you play, or when a server is configured, the bot can store your Discord user ID and username, the server ID, the result of a game, points, streaks, the category and language, and the settings a manager chose. An open game is held in memory until it ends. The bot does not read ordinary chat messages.
Public games are visible in the channel. Private games and most errors are ephemeral. Leaderboards can show a username, points, wins, and win rate to people who run the command.
Records are kept so profiles and leaderboards still work. Email send@harshkohli.com to ask for your player record and game history to be deleted. Deletion does not erase messages Discord still shows.
3. Harshey's Radio
The full policy is at radio.harshkohli.com/privacy-policy. In short: the bot does not read ordinary chat and it does not record the voice channel. A playback command sends your user ID, the server, the channel, and the voice channel you are in. Listener stats are stored as totals and as listening time keyed by a salted hash of the user ID, not the raw ID. The website can show the current track and aggregate listener numbers. Signing in to the radio dashboard uses Discord's identify and guilds scopes and keeps that login in an encrypted cookie for up to 7 days.
4. Radiant
The full policy is at radiant.harshkohli.com/privacy. In short: the bot stores the Discord IDs it needs to run commands, server settings chosen by managers, and command logs. It does not read ordinary chat. Custom lobbies store who joined, the teams, and the map vote. Riot account linking is not part of the service until it is offered, and the bot does not ask for a Riot password. /data delete removes reminders, settings, finished-lobby rows, and command logs tied to you. Email admin@harshkohli.com to ask for access, correction, or deletion.
5. Vicewave
The full policy is published with the bot at vicewave.harshkohli.com/privacy. In short: the bot stores your Discord ID, the server ID, settings from /setup or the dashboard, points, streak, purchases, bio, and whether you opted in to launch DMs. It does not store the text of your messages. Chat rewards keep a one-way fingerprint of the last counted message so the same text is not counted twice. Dashboard login keeps your Discord ID, username, and avatar, plus a session token, until you log out or 7 days pass. Server data is deleted 30 days after the bot leaves. In Discord, /about includes a control to delete your data in that server. Email support@harshkohli.com.
6. Harshey's Hub
The hub bot runs only in the support server. It handles support tickets, bug reports, the bot roster, announcements, moderation, and welcome messages. A ticket stores the channel and the messages needed to keep a transcript for the people who run that server.
7. How information is used
Information is used to run the command you asked for, remember a server setting, show a profile or a leaderboard, prevent spam, and keep the service working. It is not sold and it is not used to build advertising profiles.
Harsh Kohli may disclose information if the law requires it, or if it is necessary to investigate abuse of a bot.
8. Children
The bots follow the age requirement Discord sets for an account. They are not directed at children as a separate service. Akinator's child mode is a gameplay filter. It does not verify age. If you believe a child's record was stored in error, email the address for that bot and ask for it to be deleted.
9. Security
Bot tokens stay on the machines that run the bots. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure. Do not send passwords or payment card numbers to a bot or to a contact address. The bots do not ask for them.
10. Changes
This policy can be updated by posting a new version on this page and changing the date above. The new policy applies from the time it is posted.
