These terms cover bots.harshkohli.com and the use of the Discord bots listed here. Harsh Kohli operates them at harshkohli.com. Questions go to send@harshkohli.com.
1. The service
This website is a directory. It describes the bots, their commands, their status, and how to get help. It does not sell access to a bot.
The bots are Akinator, Harshey's Radio, Radiant, and Vicewave. Harshey's Hub is the support server. Its bot runs only in that server.
Where a bot has its own site, that site's terms also apply when you use that bot:
Akinator's rules for play are on its bot page and in section 4 below.
2. Agreement
By using this website, inviting a bot, or running a slash command, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, stop using the site and remove the bot from your server.
You must also follow the Discord Terms of Service and the Discord Community Guidelines. The bots run inside Discord.
3. Who may use it
You may use a bot only if you are allowed to use Discord. The person who invites a bot confirms they have permission to add applications to that server.
4. What each bot does
Akinator plays a guessing game from questions and guesses supplied to the bot. It is a fan-made project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or maintained by Elokence. A server manager can limit the channel, the language, child mode, and how often a player may start a game.
Harshey's Radio plays one hosted lofi station. It joins the voice channel you choose and stays until someone runs stop. It does not take song requests and it does not play files you upload.
Radiant shows act, map, and patch information published for the bot, and it can run custom-game lobbies inside Discord. It is not endorsed by Riot Games and does not reflect the views of Riot Games or anyone officially involved in producing Riot Games properties. Riot Games and VALORANT are trademarks of Riot Games, Inc.
Vicewave posts a launch countdown, short headlines from public feeds, links to official screenshots, and a points shop that stays inside one server. It does not connect to the game. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive. Grand Theft Auto and related marks are trademarks of Take-Two Interactive.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- spam commands, or try to overload a bot or this website;
- probe, break, or bypass a bot, except by reporting the issue to Harsh Kohli;
- use a bot to harass or threaten anyone, or to play audio into a channel where it is not welcome;
- resell access to a bot;
- present a fan-made bot as an official product of Elokence, Riot Games, or Rockstar Games.
Harsh Kohli may ignore abusive commands or stop offering a bot in a server that breaks these terms.
6. Servers and administrators
Server managers decide which channels a bot may use, through Discord's own permissions. They can remove a bot at any time. Command replies can be seen by people who can see that channel, except replies Discord marks as ephemeral.
Some commands are limited to a manager role, Manage Server, Manage Channels, or Administrator. The bot page for each bot says which ones.
7. Availability
The bots and this website are provided as available. Discord, voice regions, and outside services can fail. A bot can restart. There is no promise that a command, a stream, or a page will be uninterrupted.
Harsh Kohli may change, pause, or shut down a bot or this website. The status page reports the checks Uptime Kuma already publishes for the bots on that board.
8. The support server
Harshey's Hub is the support server. Members there can try features that are not part of every public install. Those features can change or be removed. Joining the server does not transfer ownership of a bot.
9. Intellectual property
The bots, this website, and the radio station are operated by Harsh Kohli. You do not receive a license to copy a bot or to rehost the station. You may link to these pages, including from Discord's application settings.
Names and marks of third parties remain theirs. Nothing on this site grants you a license to those marks.
10. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Harsh Kohli is not liable for lost access, lost messages, or damage arising from the use of a bot or this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited, including rights under applicable consumer law.
11. Changes
These terms can be updated by posting a new version on this page and changing the date above. The new terms apply from the time they are posted. If you keep using a bot after that, you accept the update.
